Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) Information
To manage the technical aspects of the program, the Board has partnered with Optimum Technology, Inc (OT). They received the transaction reports from all the dispensers, house the data on servers owned by the Board, and host the web portal for authorized direct access users. OT has also authored technical assistance documents as provided below.

Information for Dispensers
Dispensers of controlled substances or other drugs of concern may need additional information on how to establish a reporting account with HID, as well as how to prepare their own dispensing information systems to identify the information to be reported to HID.

Prescribers and dispensers who wish to obtain authority to directly access PMP information must visit www.labppmp.com and select the Register link on the left side of that page. When you finish the online registration process, the site will prompt you to print out the application form and mail it to our office. We can only process the original notarized document which must be accompanied by a copy of your driver's license or state-issued identification card.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive an approval email with your log-in information. This email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please adjust any email filters you may have to recognize that as a valid email address.
